Open Conversation with Elena Ezopova
“The most important thing in life is life itself — to feel it and to express yourself within it” — Elena Ezopova
There are few good psychologists, and those who are capable of changing a life in one hour are extremely rare. She is called an extraordinary psychologist, and behind this word lies work with entrepreneurs and strong personalities, an authorial method of transforming thought-forms, the book “Hypnosis Practices”, the podcast “Non-telephone Conversation”, and the flagship course “Consultation for a Million”. In this conversation — about creative consciousness and why the most important thing is life itself.
iPremium: Elena, you call yourself an extraordinary psychologist. What does this word mean for you?
E.E.: Extraordinariness is about the highest achievements in life and business. An extraordinary psychologist works with extraordinary people and helps them solve first-order tasks — those they cannot solve themselves. My task is not to lead a person into problems or dig into the past, but to understand what they want, what prevents them, and what their own way of solving it could be. And then — to give them the resource to reach it as quickly as possible. Despite anything.
iPremium: And who are these “extraordinary people”?
E.E.: These are people with a special, creative type of consciousness. Those who want to deal with problems, the past, childhood traumas and search for causes go to ordinary psychologists. Extraordinary people do not look for problems, but for ways to achieve a goal and a desired result. Whatever happens in their lives, they do not give up — they cope and move forward. They never stop at what has been achieved and constantly improve the quality of their lives. Because their meaning is not in goals and results themselves, but in living in a state of joy and pleasure. And they are always looking for ways to enhance this satisfaction.

iPremium: Why is it so important to be satisfied?
E.E.: Because satisfaction means that everything in a person’s life is in its place — in family and in business. They have meanings, values and supports. People come to me precisely to arrange these elements in the field of their life: they want to stand in a place where they have maximum energy and strength. Where they know who they are, where they are going and why — and can confidently cope with life even when force majeure events occur.
iPremium: The high cost of your consultations reflects the level of expertise and speed of result — you solve complex issues in literally one hour. What happens to a person after such a meeting?
E.E.: The value of my work is that I see what a person truly wants — and it is usually not what they say out loud. An ordinary psychologist follows the client, but the client almost always comes with ready-made conclusions, solutions and diagnoses. If you follow them, you inevitably fall into a trap. The psychologist’s task is to feel what actually stands behind the request, what the person truly wants to receive. For this, you need to be able to feel people very finely, to read their desires. And this very understanding already brings the person into a state of relaxation: they become clear about what they want — and they calm down.
iPremium: And what happens next — after the person understood what they really want?
E.E.: Next, you need to help them see what is preventing them. And when I find this, my task is to transform it in their consciousness. I am able to quickly turn limiting thought-forms into those that give freedom of action. The person immediately feels a metaphorical rise of energy — they gain strength and desire to act. In essence, in one hour they receive three things: understanding of what they truly want, a state in which they are ready to act here and now, and a strategy that will lead them to the result as quickly and effectively as possible. Yes, it is expensive. Because an ordinary psychologist will “work through” this for six months. And for me it does not matter what was. What matters is what the person wants, how to get there, and how to bypass resistance. That’s it.
iPremium: You say the client comes for a state. How do you understand what state they need, and why is it so important?
E.E.: Everything is determined by state. In essence, we communicate with each other in order to obtain it. Even when a person goes not to a psychologist but to a close person, they are looking for the same thing — support, belief, hope, inspiration. But close people are not always capable of giving this: they have their own fears and limitations, and they always transmit their own reality. That is why a specialist is needed — someone who can see what state a person needs and help them open it within themselves. To give belief, strength and inspiration to realise what has been intended.

iPremium: You say you feel your clients very subtly. What is it for you — intuition, empathy, experience?
E.E.: It is empathy — a powerful ability to deeply feel people. It is certainly experience and breadth of exposure — not only professional, but also personal. The richer the expert’s personality, the more effective they are in work. All these components allow one to guess the client’s desire and state literally from one note — and this significantly reduces working time. I would hardly call it intuition, although that can also be said. For me, as a professional clinical expert, it is above all the ability to feel, to think strategically and to analyse. Plus vast exposure and knowledge of laws — not only psychological, but also biological laws of the human system.
iPremium: You work a lot with entrepreneurs and strong people used to control and speed. How do you help them move from “I must” into presence and internal stability?
E.E.: “Must” is actually not a bad state. What is truly destructive is the state of “I have to”. When a person has to, it suppresses them, paralyses them and pushes them into control. The ideal state is of course “I want”: when a person wants to do what they are doing. But necessity is also a quite healthy and reasonable state. What is destructive is only that “have to” which goes against personal desire. That is why with clients we first find what they truly want and how to become inspired by it. It is very important to realise this through the qualities that a person naturally expresses well and enjoys using. Then necessity stops being something oppressive and limiting.
iPremium: And how does this affect motivation?
E.E.: When we do what we truly do well, what we enjoy and where we have maximum expression, efficiency and recognition — we do not need any motivation. We are ready to do it simply because the process itself brings joy. And my task is to restructure a person’s system of actions so that “I must” turns into “I want, I like it, it brings me joy”. Or at least into conscious necessity, because these actions will lead to the desired result.
iPremium: You speak about burnout — not only of clients, but also psychologists. What helps you personally not to lose inspiration and maintain inner resource?
E.E.: Everything I do, I do only from desire, pleasure and — most importantly — interest. I am truly interested in people, their destinies, their transformations. I sincerely enjoy observing how changes and results appear in clients. Their results and gratitude are the best inspiration to move forward. And it is also important for me to work with those who share my values. If it is interesting to you — you will always want to do it. Fortunately, I am already at a status where I can choose who to work with. My state comes first for me, and I can afford it.
iPremium: Let’s move to your projects. You have the podcast “Non-telephone Conversation” on YouTube, where you invite very interesting guests. What was the impulse to create it and how do you choose guests and topics?
E.E.: I wanted to create a space where I can invite extraordinary people — those who have dealt with difficult events in their lives and achieved results. To show others that even when something truly difficult happens, there is always a way out, always a way to find strength and move forward. “Non-telephone Conversation” is an open, sincere dialogue with people who share their path and their way of going through trials. And thereby give others belief and hope.
iPremium: Recently you also became a host on KISS-FM radio. What is this new experience — what is closer to you: live radio or a personal podcast?
E.E.: Radio is a lighter format than a podcast. A podcast is a deep dialogue that sometimes unexpectedly reveals something even for the guest themselves. My task there is to highlight their strengths and possibly lead them to discoveries that help them continue their path. Radio is more of an educational-entertainment format. It allows people to learn what other people, projects and events exist — to expand consciousness, increase exposure and get inspired for action.

iPremium: You published the book “Hypnosis Practices”, and it immediately attracted huge interest. What did you feel when you saw the audience response?
E.E.: This book was created to share practices and techniques that help people handle their experience more easily. Because each of us has many inner resources that we simply do not know about. When I see that people find answers in the book, it confirms that I am moving in the right direction. That is why I am now writing a second book — about how to start living your life before it is too late. It is for those who are in a prolonged crisis, have lost meaning and taste for life, have experienced losses in personal life or business and do not know how to get out. The book will be half artistic, half practical: I will tell both about my life and give tools — how to cope if you find yourself at the bottom.
iPremium: What moment in your practice became a turning point — when you realised you wanted to work with state rather than diagnosis or problem?
E.E.: It happened about fifteen years ago when I started practising hypnosis. I saw changes first of all in my own life: as soon as you learn to manage your state, reality itself begins to change. You can change the external for a long time hoping the state will change — or you can simply change the state and reach the external you want. The second path is much faster and more effective. Moreover, when you achieve results in order to feel a certain state, you become dependent on those results. But when you can change state regardless of anything — you become independent, and results come much faster. That is why I give people exactly the state in which they are able to reach their goal — and I teach them to manage it independently.
iPremium: What trends do you see in modern psychology, especially in the premium segment, where clients are successful but internally tired?
E.E.: The main trend today is working with consciousness. With thought-forms. Each of us has thought-forms that either deprive us of strength or, on the contrary, give it. My task as an extraordinary psychologist is to see what limits a person and transform it into a thought-form that returns energy and possibilities. It is like a miracle: a person changes even externally in front of your eyes as soon as their state of consciousness changes. Just a moment ago they had no strength — and now they are ready to act here and now. Perhaps today on the psychology market this is one of the strongest and most effective approaches. Although I know few specialists who work like this. I am one of them.
iPremium: What new programmes and projects are you preparing for next year?
E.E.: My number one goal now is to create a community of psychologists and help them grow from ordinary into extraordinary. Those who work in the spirit of a new time: fast, effective, high-quality — and yes, expensive. But this is a result that is worth it. I want to restore respect for the profession of psychologist, which today has largely been lost — due to infogypsyism and those “specialists” who work unprofessionally or are not congruent with what they promise clients. I want truly strong psychologists to become more numerous — and for people not to smirk at the word “psychologist”, but to proudly say: “I have a personal psychologist with whom I achieve incredible results in my life.”
iPremium: You have a flagship course “Consultation for a Million”, which became very popular. Is this what you are talking about — training for real psychologists?
E.E.: Yes, this is my flagship product. But not only psychologists come to it, but anyone whose work is connected with communication. And almost any business depends on communication. And it is important to understand: there is communication that can destroy a business — and there is communication that can create it. When you learn super-effective communication, can influence a person’s state and transform their consciousness with just a few phrases, it strengthens you both as an expert and as an entrepreneur and as a personality as a whole. Therefore, although the course is designed for psychologists, entrepreneurs and business owners often come to me — and through these skills improve their system and company results.
iPremium: In business — you often speak at conferences and forums for entrepreneurs. What value do you see in this?
E.E.: I tell entrepreneurs about the concept of energy efficiency — managing attention and resources to achieve a goal. And I introduce my own term — energy traps. These are things where we drain attention, strength and energy, moving ourselves away from results. Often these traps are our fears and limiting thought-forms. When we remove them, a person frees up huge resources. And when they learn to manage attention and state — nothing prevents them from reaching their goal. I show that this is accessible to absolutely everyone. And that because of this one can become much more effective — not only in business, but in life itself.
iPremium: What main idea would you like to convey — to entrepreneurs, psychologists and ordinary people who want to improve their lives?
E.E.: First of all — you need to move into creative consciousness. We have two types of it: destructive and creative. Destructive looks for problems and solves them. Creative — looks for what else a person wants to do and how to get there. The transition is very simple: when you see a problem, ask yourself — what do I want to achieve if I solve it? And immediately go to that goal. Then problems will disappear by themselves, and you will move closer to the result. This transformation of consciousness is the key to success. A successful person is someone who is able to cope with any experience and move forward, despite anything.
Secondly — it is important to discover love for life itself. In pursuit of results, a person often forgets simply to live and remains dissatisfied no matter what they receive. Only when you learn to enjoy the fact of being alive does the race for results turn into a path of exploration and pleasure. This is the great meaning — to have everything already here and now, because you have life itself.
And third. A big mistake is to divide yourself into “work” and “life”. All of this is our life, and everything influences everything. The real result is when you perceive it as a single process and improve it as a whole. Then one begins to strengthen the other.
