The 20th Edition of the Bal de Noël Celebrated Two Decades of Elegance in Monaco

On December 12, 2025, the 20th edition of the Bal de Noël took place at the Salle Empire of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, marking two decades of one of Monaco’s most established winter galas.
Held under the High Patronage of Princess Charlène of Monaco and honoured by the presence of Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène, the evening formally opened the Principality’s festive season. Guests were welcomed into a setting conceived around the theme of the 20th anniversary, combining traditional Christmas references with contemporary staging.

A central element of the gala remained its philanthropic dimension. Through a charity auction conducted by Sotheby’s and private donations, the event raised €451,000 for the Princess Charlène of Monaco Foundation, whose mission focuses on drowning prevention and the promotion of children’s education through sport.

Founded by Sandrine Knoell, the Bal de Noël continues to gather Monaco’s resident community alongside international guests. Among attendees this year were H.R.H. Princess Camilla de Bourbon des Deux-Siciles, Princess Maria Carolina and Princess Maria Chiara de Bourbon des Deux-Siciles, Princess Séverine Sanguszko, Victoria Silvstedt, Robert and Carmen Geiss, as well as prominent Monaco residents and members of the International Action Committee.
The evening was supported by longstanding partners including Xerjoff, celebrating its own 20th anniversary with founder Sergio Momo in attendance. Guests also viewed a high jewellery piece by Anna Hu High Jewelry, the “La Rose Gracieuse” brooch. Wines were curated by SGC Wine Estates and La Scolca, while Narmino oversaw floral design and décor.

As Monaco’s festive calendar began in the Salle Empire, the 20th Bal de Noël reaffirmed its role as both a social highlight and a charitable platform within the Principality.
