Bvlgari Welcomes the Year of the Horse with Exclusive Creations for Chinese New Year
To mark the arrival of the Year of the Horse, Bvlgari presents a curated selection of limited editions and festive reinterpretations across jewelry, watches, accessories and fragrances. The Roman Maison approaches the Lunar New Year through its own design language — heritage references, symbolic motifs and a measured use of auspicious colour.

At the centre of the celebration stands a Special Edition Horse Brooch in yellow gold, inspired by a 1970s archival design. Developed over 130 hours of design and 50 hours of goldsmithing, the piece is set with more than 40 cabochon rubies, pavé diamonds and black onyx inserts. Conceived as a contemporary talisman, it reflects the Horse’s associations with vitality, courage and forward movement.

The Serpenti line takes on a festive dimension with ruby accents integrated into the Serpenti Viper collection. Rose gold scales, a twisted pendant necklace and a single-coil bangle bracelet subtly reference prosperity while maintaining the collection’s sculptural clarity. The Serpenti Pallini necklace in rose gold further expands the offering, featuring hand-soldered gold boules inspired by Bvlgari’s 1950s savoir-faire, with pavé diamonds, rubies and black onyx detailing.

For Greater China, the Bvlgari collection introduces a limited edition set combining yellow and rose gold with carnelian and mother-of-pearl inserts. The selection includes a round pendant necklace, a wire bracelet, a single stud earring and a flip-disc bracelet alternating between the two stones — an interplay of colour and symbolism framed by the iconic double logo.

In watchmaking, the Serpenti Seduttori Automatic appears in a limited edition distinguished by a ruby-red guilloché dial. The timepiece is powered by the in-house Lady Solotempo automatic movement, measuring 19 mm in diameter and 3.90 mm in thickness — a technical precision that aligns with the Maison’s aesthetic codes.

Accessories complete the seasonal narrative. The Serpenti Cuore 1968 bag returns in Light Amethyst calf leather, defined by its sculptural heart silhouette and metallic snake handle. The newly introduced Serpenti Cuoricino mini version is presented in Royal Ruby and Dusty Pink calf leather, retaining the padded curves and jewel-like proportions of the original.
The celebration extends to fragrance, where Bvlgari Parfums introduces a Chinese New Year presentation box in red, adorned with graphic interpretations of the eight-pointed star and the Divas’ Dream fan motif. Designed to hold two or three selected fragrances — including Pour Homme, Eau Parfumée, Omnia or Allegra — the set frames gifting as a considered gesture rather than a seasonal formality.
Through this constellation of limited editions, Bvlgari interprets the Lunar New Year not as spectacle, but as a moment of continuity — where heritage design and contemporary craftsmanship meet the symbolism of renewal.
